SPWR earnings was a beat in EPS by 5 cents, 7 cents actual vs 2 cents expected, Sales were also above consensus and guidance also met expectations, stock was sharply higher after hours.

About market, TAPE closed near high of the day after Fed cut Interest rate and signaled they are not going to raise rates unless inflation goes above their target. Wall street got everything which they wanted to hear from Fed. Earnings are mostly above estimates which is very good for Thursday's market direction.
