Declining stocks led by 1.21 to 1 in NYSE & 1.76 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 126 in NYSE & 16 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 3.66% @ 12.62

Oil @ $56.35

Gold @ $1493.10

AH news....FOSL Down 26.75%, ROKU Down 14.99%

                  SAIL UP 10.72%, QCOM UP 5.02%

SQ Q3 earnings report was a beat in Sales & EPS

Sales actual $602.22 millions vs expected $596.85

EPS Actual 25 cents vs expected 20 cents

Conference call was very upbeat and talked about many new initiatives which they will give details on Analysts day. SQ was UP 1.37% in AH.....

About market, TAPE was mixed with Nasdaq taking a day off which was well deserved, Tonight earnings reports are mostly above estimates which should help Nasdaq get out of snooze mode.
