Declining stocks led by .84 to 1 in NYSE & 1.07 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 393 in NYSE & 196 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 9.40% @ 12.63

Oil @ $60.07

Gold @ $1481.20

Canadian $ @ .6800
