VIX UP .58% @ 29.35

About market, TAPE starting strong but faded by close and closed near low of the day, internals were also on the weak side with mixed picture. VIX closed UP near recent highs, not a technically strong or desirable action. Next 2 weeks expected to be sloppy due to US election and rising 2nd wave of COVID-19.
