About market, TAPE did a usual yoyo based on state of stimulus deal or no deal, but market ignored all the noise on stimulus talk and made their own prediction that one way or the other there will be a deal. AH news is Stimulus talk is back on for a " complete comprehensive package " Futures shot UP after hour on this new " ON" stimulus talk. Internals are all positive while Russell 2000 is performing the-best.
