About market, TAPE was mixed with intraday all time highs in DOW, Nasdaq & S&P 500. Internals were mostly strong. Oil & Nat gas rose to new highs after snow & shutdown of refinery in Texas. Northeast was in snow & cold spell. Interest rate rose to its highest level in 10yr causing weakness in housing stocks.
