About market, TAPE was strong and closed near high of the day, best performer was Russell 2000. Internals were strong. We need confirmation of this rally with a second close higher. Nasdaq volume was well below average, not comforting @ all. Canadian Central gave a clear message that they will be raising interest rates in 2022 instead of 2023, based on strong snap back in Canadian economic activity.
