About market, TAPE started strong but faded by close, only DOW closed UP. Oil was @ multi year high as driving and travel season is in full swing. Energy stocks were staging breakout in a decisive manner. Internals were mostly positive. Rotation has shifted in a big way but old habit is preventing many traders to see the light.
