About market, TAPE was strong and went to its old trusted " rotational mode " It was Energy & Financials in focus for the most part, other sectors like gaming came on board. Today Internals were strong. Technology stocks also was participating which IS very healthy. Expect Tuesday to be positive also despite Fed chief speaking.

With a job market having a hard time finding candidates, I think ZIP can provide great solutions for companies.
