Indices closed mixed....

 Indices closed mixed in a flat TAPE after two days of huge gains, a very healthy performance. Internals were negative though.

S&P 500 @ 4455.48, high 4463.12, low 4430.27

RSI @ 51.14

CMF @ -0.088

Internals were :

Down volume led by 1.22 to 1 in NYSE & 1.05 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by 1.50 to 1 in NYSE & 1.39 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 32 in NYSE & 14 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 4.72% @ 17.75

Oil @ $73.98

Gold @ $1751.70

Canadian $ @ .7324
