Buying some of these stocks on relative strength has suddenly turned against me as they were too expensive.
Bought CHGG @ 27.96
A reset of expectations and now some insider buying makes this potentially attractive.

With longer term interest rates staying down, I think the low P/Es of housing might mean-revert higher. I still also like the longer term trends of a more robust "home" environment as we do more things remotely.
