Almost $250 billion was borrowed by banks from Fed window vs $4 Billion previous week, a sure sign of funding shortfall in US banks. Most sector participated in Today's rally which Is very encouraging. Banking issues may have been discounted by market. Nasdaq remained strongest by a factor of 2.
