About market, TAPE resisted downward pressure due to selling in select regional bank while big banks went UP. Indices closed UP near high of the day. DOW was the star index with highest % gain. Internals were positive. There was rotation today with Oil also turning UP in the afternoon. Fed starting their two day meeting which may not do anything and leave Interest rate alone.
