 Indices closed UP near high of the day despite hot hot jobs data.

S&P 500 @ 4308.50, high 4324.10, low 4219.55

RSI @ 43.22

Internals were :

UP volume led by 2.56 to 1 in NYSE & 2.21 to 1 in Nasdaq

Advancing stocks led by 1.96 to 1 in NYSE & 1.69 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new lows were leading by 386 in NYSE & 281 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 5.62% @ 17.45

Oil @ $82.79

Gold @ $1845.20

Canadian $ @ .6339
