Declining stocks led by 2.95 to 1 in NYSE & 2.78 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new highs were leading by 270 in NYSE & 7 in Nasdaq

VIX UP 7.81% @ 14.35

Oil @ 475.85

Gold @ $2067.40

Canadian $ @ .6611
