US stock market in " major momo mode "

 US stock market has gone through " another recession scare "

US stock market gone through another " September swoon "

When most Indices went below 50 DMA in early September, technicians positioned themselves for a test of 200 DMA.....

BUT like many strategy & predictions, 200 DMA did not happen....

Then a " frenzy to cover downside strategy happened "

Low & behold in no time we are ABOVE 50 DMA everywhere including small caps....

THUS...It IS highly recommended NOT to believe in ones own thesis ever....always think...WHAT IF IT  DIDN'T happen.....then we are NEVER exposed to unilateral strategy...BULL OR BEAR...a diversified strategy works well in " DOOM & EUPHORIA "

SO we are back in " bullish momentum " Fed will put more " fuel on bullish fire on Wednesday "

Fed always late to any party & overreacts.....this time It will be no different.....

SO regroup & join the bullish momo....

US stock market in deep fear....

 US stock market has done an 180 degree turn and is gripped in extreme fear.

Even the economic data was pointing to a slower growth but was taken as recession is coming...

Every so often, markets logic makes no sense BUT indices keep going in one direction only....down down..

When this " extreme negativity " will change is hard to predict....

When " momentum goes negative " It IS equally painful...

We just have to ride this out....

Conviction in your portfolio and stocks have to be high....

This negativity also gives you a chance to look @ your portfolio to weed out " relative weak performer "

Until October, market may be challenging as " euphoria is being replaced by extreme fear "

Have very high comfort level with your portfolio, as this will pass also..

 US stock market has showed remarkable resiliency when mother of all earnings report did not excite wall street...

YES...NVDA earnings were " dubbed lackluster "

Wall street went on to close the week in an upbeat mode...

All indices are getting all set to keep making new all time highs

Playing Investment thesis is getting harder as broad based stock participation is taking hold

New sectors are showing more strength than famous 7 or 8 stocks, 

Going forward trend of overall market may be stronger as displayed by DOW & S&P 500 than Nasdaq

Nasdaq ruled for many years and it deserves to rest until it digest its gains

New 52 week high list is a good place to see new strong stocks or new sectors...

Wall street keeps changing its focus to new and best ideas, always a good idea to monitor what IS working....

2024 has been good for many traders but to end 2024 on high note needs new ideas
