LDK proved skeptics WRONG by beating Top & Bottom line handily.......
Sales were $192.8 million vs expectation of $183.10 million ..BEAT by $9.7 million +5.2%
EPS were 44 cents vs expectations of 41 cents..BEAT by 3 cents +7.3%
Guidance for Q1 EPS is 43 cents vs expectations of 40 cents + 7.5%
Sales for Q1 will be slightly softer as expected by me because of "snowstorm & new Chinese year..which IS normally Slower Q.....
Sales guidance for Q1 is $215 million vs expected of $219.72 million Less $4.72 million which IS <2.1%>
Margin for 2008 will be between 26% to 31%...HIGHER than analyst expectations !!!
Factory is on schedule.........
All in all.....a tremendous BEAT all around.........
Expect analyst to UPGRADE LDK.......

First of all, thanks for posting your take on ER for LDK. Next, HURRAYYYYYYYYY!!!. LOL. Stock seems to bounce off of $35. Seems to be some resistance there. I hope we push through that tomorrow. Can you speculate as to how you think the stock will behave in the next few days??? Just curious as to what you are expecting? Thanks again.
