Do or die time, I lost my patience and bought some FRE! looking for a short squeeze into next week. Keeping my fingers crossed. SOL came around in the later part of the day.

You should dedicate 10% for speculative buy....FRE,FNM,WM,ABK,LEH,MBI...all fall into that category....

IBD rates LDK as 1st in the energy group and has following comments out today:
LDK Solar (LDK) climbed 1.39 to an eight-month high of 51.42. That puts the solar wafer maker 7% past a 47.91 buy point from a 12-week consolidation. The company has delivered five straight quarters of triple-digit sales growth.
