Indices were setting record again with S&P 500 & Nasdaq.....
Dow barely missed it.....
Internals were strong .... new 52 wk high in NYSE 373 on Nasdaq 205....
AH MOS reported lower ER..but were optimistic about business for 2010..stock AH down 30 cents ..AH volume 550K.....
AH Futures are Down
AH Nikkei UP
AH Hang Seng UP
AH Shanghai UP
VIX closed @ 19.35 ..near 52 wk low.....
Major moves in solar stocks today from 2% to 10%..SOLF,TSL,STP,CSIQ were leading upsurge and @ new highs.....
Other strong stocks were POT,TC, GS,LVS,GNK,PALM,AGU,IPI,PWRD....
BLOG does NOT give buy or sell.

Hugh session for LVS, SOLF, POT, GNK. My portfolio including ETFC, FSLR, RIMM, OCNF is looking healthy.
I have observed a few things. Some analyst will downgrade the stocks (POT, GNK, FSLR, LVS - as an example) and a few days later some other analyst will upgrade - after accumulating the stock at the lower price. Its all the combined game.
FSLR will be the next one to fly since it is due for an upgrade after all the bad news floated around a few days earlier.
I guess I will book some profits tomorrow to play it safe.
Your mantra that buy on low days and sell on high days is working like a charm at the moment.

Buy low & sell high has worked for 70 years..but most traders panic @ low & sell...

What's up with GNK? A nice jump? A small reversal in BDI, but still in negative trend. I scratch my head. GNK got some good ink, but old news.

GNK was oversold...so rebound was overdue.....
Jan should be good..as per my analysis 1200 in S&P 500.
