About market, Fed minutes was bad enough but after hour Chinese Flash PMI came in @ 48.3% in Feb vs 49.5 in January, this is 7 month low. Strength of this TAPE will be tested after open, as long as we do not close @ low this is not a bull deal breaker.

The FB acquisition really had my attention in after hours. $19B total for a company I honestly had barely heard of...I'll probably buy back YELP in the morning if I can get a good price.
