Hey Saleem,
I see the damage continues. Some cloud stocks found a little late day bounce. If I can count correctly, this was the last selling day to settle before the end of the quarter--maybe we'll see a bit better trading going forward. $RUT.X chart looks really bad.

YES....3 day settlement entails selling today for end of the month....
YES...cloud stocks RSI are touching 20++++ area which is a "screaming buy area"
