About market, TAPE was not as strong as the indices would show, internals were negative in Nasdaq. Divergence is never a good thing. Thursday before Option expiry is unpredictable as market makers are in total control & will take most stocks @ certain strike price of their liking. Earnings tonight are sloppy & may put pressure in certain sectors unless analysts come to their rescue by upgrading or defending those stocks.

I think there's a new potential suitor for SPLK...MSFT. I'm not saying it's highly likely or anything, but I've not really considered them before. I think the new direction of MSFT might work well with a SPLK acquisition.
