About market, TAPE was quite resilient considering Greece & Oil. Oil held up well and is staying well above $51, looks like Oil have found a solid bottom, despite calls made by many going as low as $10. Market internals held up well. We may be looking @ strong Friday close.

WLH's growth strategy is finally kicking into gear. It looks like a great quarter and outlook (although conference call will elaborate further). I am tempted despite my uninspiring projections for housing.

A second look at the numbers shows a big drop in the California orders. The big "growth" in the Northwest (from acquisition) masked some underlying weakness. Good thing I didn't do anything hasty! :)
