CNBC has given us many sage like Carter Worth, Steve Grasso, they both have been making wild bearish comments, Carter Worth famous target of 1575 from 6 months ago and Grasso saying "worst time to buy right now"
It is interesting that most CNBC so called "pro" have been bearish for months, some have technical knowledge to draw a southbound line but Grasso cannot even draw a line......
Before the number to collapse from was 1940......
Then became 50 DMA...
Now it is 1950.....
As we are above 1940 & 50 DMA and went to 1962.96 as high of the day on Friday, cannot wait for next collapse number..
CNBC pundits needs an education of how to listen to the market....instead of talking to themselves?.we have come UP from 1810 to 1962 which 152 points or 8.40% gain, all in 10 trading days...IF that is not a strong TAPE, then what is a strong TAPE.I do not know why anyone will not only miss 8.40% gains in 10 days but lose minimum double of that IF they were short?
Back to market, it is so strong that it is making a "reverse head & shoulder in every major index"
This a rare occurrence which happens @ major market bottom.....
How far we can go with usual ups and down......the magic number is pointing towards a new all time high and series of new highs......
This TAPE requires conviction and selection of strong stocks.....
This is not a day traders market, IF we are going for series of new all time highs......
Many strong stocks are behaving solid and are ready to bust UP.
Because of China , Fed , oil and commodities slump, we had a very difficult start in 2016.....now, all that have been discounted for the most part, usual up and downs are OK in any TAPE.
SO...go back to your "non-CNBC drawing board" and see what looks good to you going forward.
Be diversified with reasonable weighting to participate in future upside.
Listening to TAPE instead of listening to a flawed logic is the right approach.
Weakness to be bought over and over until you are @ full allocation.
Good luck with your own logic and stock picking system.
BLOG does NOT give buy or sell.
