Hi Sticktrader,

You have another big winner in GWPH. I used to watch the stock but I was very reluctant to take a position. You deserve it and I am so happy for you. Good luck.

Hi joseph,

Thank you for the kind words!

I am not an expert on biotechs by any means, but I am trying to find good stories and stocks with valuations significantly below their potential (hoping then that a few of the picks will go up significantly to more than offset the losers). GWPH didn't necessarily fit that valuation criteria, but I picked it a while ago after liking the story.

After more thinking last night, I am finding myself almost "dangerously" involved in the biotech arena. The growth potential of many of these companies is just so large as compared to their current market caps which has tempted me into committing more and more capital to the area. I am probably overexposed now versus a proper allocation and will be spending more time considering how to pare back some.

Hi Saleem,

Good luck with the LULU. I fear the ever-increasing competition in and potential peaking of the athleisure trend. That said, I think LULU's operational challenges are mostly behind them so the pick could still perform, and has nice upside if the fashion trend continues and competition lags.

Hi joseph,

Thank you again for more kind words. I don't think much about what I've done--I'm more relentlessly focused on the next move and being positioned exactly how I want to be for the future. This gets me into trouble sometimes when the market is quiet as I then tend to overtrade, but I have at least developed a bit more patience over time to let my theses play out. I think Saleem's patient examples have helped me with that :)

Portfolio: TRIL SWN SPLK WLH FDX TNA DKS X AKS ZYNE GWPH MACK CNAT CIE, 0% cash

Hi Stocktrader,

Thanks for your take on LULU, trader in me always looks for an entry point where issues are hopefully priced in, oversold gets my attention also.

The above approach drives my trading style.

Hi Saleem,

Yes, the stock is nicely derisked here after the post-earnings decline and having 200 DMA support. I know your style and this fits perfectly! :)
