Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 109 in NYSE & 300 in Nasdaq

VIX UP 2.5% @ 14.74

Oil @ $44.66

Gold @ $1266.40

About market, Dow ended @ new all time high, financials roared higher. Nasdaq closed below 50 DMA. There is a fear that techs will be penalized in new US policy, based on where  production takes place and Chinese stocks will be impacted due to trade issues. I do not believe that any of those issues will be back dated, yes encouragement will be given for producing locally to create jobs. Trade wars do not help anyone, By the way, technology selling is getting overdone. There is a closing BLOG on Friday's around 7 PM.
