Down volume led by 1.33 to 1 in NYSE & 1.41 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by .87 to 1 in NYSE & 1.48 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 211 in NYSE & 188 in Nasdaq

VIX Down .26% @ 11.71

Oil @ $54.45..highest close since July 2015

Gold @ $1251.40..highest close since November 2016

AH ER....ACIA Down 16.44%, OLED UP 12.40%

About market, TAPE closed mixed but Dow & S&P 500 closed @ new all time high. TAPE seems to be churning @ these level, which requires caution and close monitoring. We have to watch very closely how we open and how we close, today was strong open and mixed close, not the healthiest of technical strength. I have reduced exposure by 33%. Want to monitor this TAPE and see how it behaves.Internals have weakened quite a bit. There is a closing BLOG only on Friday's around 7 PM.
