About market, TAPE closed green despite trade headwind. TAPE is trying to discount trade tension and Iran sanctions, not easy issues to deal with. FB went into overdrive today with nice gain. INTC downgrade did not impact even semiconductor stocks, a good technical show of strength.

Fearing a secondary from this recent IPO, and the valuation of CSOD better in a similar space, I made the swap yesterday and today.
Bought EAF @ 21.08
After a great quarter and guidance, I'm buying on the secondary announcement, which also includes a buyback from the company to mitigate the effects. I like what that says about their business.
