Markets are churning lately.
S&P 500 and Dow behaving weak.
SOX is weak
Financials are weak.
Many stocks are acting weak.
FB NFLX acting weak.
RUT is behaving relatively better.
AAPL behaving well.
Pharma and Biotechs behaving well.
In this churning scenario volume has been low.
Earnings are coming to an end and may signal a lower level for market.
Contrary plays may stand a better chance like Gold Solar going forward.
To say the least, TAPE has been faltering lately and requires caution going forward.
Nasdaq is behaving Neutral @ best......
GOOG is behaving neutral.
Make sure your comfort level is very high with this TAPE and your portfolio.
Exposure may need to be reduced.
TAPE is flashing caution very clearly and require deep analysis of your portfolio.

With so many companies reporting this past week, the individual portfolio names posted big moves with 4 names moving more than 10% (VCEL +27%, APPN +22%, SAIL +17%, GSKY -13%). Generally these moves worked in my favor, creating a very nice week for mid-August. I've taken profits in many big gainers so that I could re-assess as we enter the back half of the year.
