About market, TAPE was marking time to see how shutdown ends and how earnings will fare, Chinese trade data was of no help, considering all that Close was not bad. Based on futures Tuesday may be much better. Technology stocks were weak as few downgrades took a toll like MU. Stay engaged for opportunistic trades.
