About market, TAPE was the story of 10 year yield @ 1.574 & 2 year yield @ 1.575...it is the famous inverted yield where 2 year yield is higher than 10 year, for all I know this fraction of difference may disappear tomorrow and everything will be fine on Wall Street, again a panic of 1 trading day duly exploited by HFT to the maximum. We did close @ low of the day, DOW down 800 points made history only for 2019. Look @ your portfolio and see IF it deserves some change to better quality of stocks which I did.

Wow, I didn't even realize it but I got my CIEN sell filled @ 41.30
CSCO pointed to weakness in service providers and world markets, and I think there's a lot of optimism built into the stock ahead of the quarter.
