About market, TAPE was down then tweet it UP and closed higher. These days it is all about next tweet which reverses last tweet over & over, no clear cut policy making, all after thought adjustments, Huawei bad, then half bad, then no good. Hopefully we will get a confirmation of this rally by a positive close in all major index.
