Big news of the day.
TDOC buying LVGO in 18.5 billion deal. Approximately valuing LVGO at $159 including stock and cash.
Still remember riding LVGO from low teens to 110 before signing off on it.
Telehealth sector consolidation has begun and signs of more to come.
