Declining stocks led by 1.41 to 1 in NYSE & 1.25 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 413 in NYSE & 430 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 1.64% @ 21.57

Oil @ $49.10

Gold @ $1888.90

Canadian $ @ .7219
