Declining stocks led by 1.42 to 1 in NYSE & 1.48 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 250 in NYSE & 240 in Nasdaq

VIX UP 3.51% @ 23.31

Oil @ $46.57

Gold @ $1843.60

Canadian $ .7229
