 Indices closed down in a tech laden selloff which engulfed most sectors. Indices closed near low of the day.

S&P 500 @ 3961.63, low 3938.86, high 4012.44

Internals were :

Down volume led by 2.84 to 1 in NYSE & 2.57 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by 1.43 to 1 in NYSE & 2.48 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new lows were leading by 458 in NYSE & 53 in Nasdaq

VIX Down .35% @ 23.03

Oil @ $94.70

Gold @ $1727.40

Canadian $ @ .7137
