S&P 500 @ 4464.05, low 4443.98, high 4476.23

RSI @ 45.75

Internals were :

UP volume led by 1.07 to 1 in NYSE & 1.05 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by 1.08 to 1 in NYSE & 1.22 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new highs were leading by 1 in NYSE & lows by 119 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 6.37% @ 14.84

Oil @ $83.19

Gold @ $1946.60

Canadian $ @ .6557
