 Indices closed the week positive despite jaw boning by Fed Chief.

S&P 500 @ 4405.71, high 4418.46, low 4356.29

RSI @ 44.61

Internals were :

UP volume led by 1.64 to 1 in NYSE & 1.66 to 1 in Nasdaq

Advancing stocks led by 1.51 to 1 in NYSE & 1.21 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new lows were leading by 54 in NYSE & 174 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 8.84% @ 15.68

Oil @ $79.83

Gold @ $1939.90

Canadian $ @ .6369
