Declining stocks led by 2.25 to 1 in NYSE & 1.90 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new lows were leading by 152 in NYSE & 332 in Nasdaq

VIX down 4.32% @ 18.40

Gold @ $2407.80

Canadian $ @ .6171
