Sold MTRN @ 121.28 on earnings risk for this year due to "temporary operational challenges" and "slower incoming order rates" as per the recent 8-K. I know the stock has dropped already from this news, but I fear the optimism they expressed about being able to make up the shortfall in the rest of the year might not come to fruition and the stock would have to re-rate more significantly.
Bought AMKR @ 32.70 on increasing orders from key customers like Apple as they try to de-risk their overseas supply chains.

Oh, and added a little SNAP @ 10.97 with the remaining cash in the portfolio
I considered DXYZ but it's very hard to estimate what a fair value should be, so I left it alone for now in my long term retirement portfolio, but do have a small position in my short term trading one.
