About market, TAPE was greeted with good news on Oil & Chinese stimulus but offset by very weak US economic data. By close we were @ low of the day. S&P 500 stayed above 50 DMA while Down & Nasdaq are below. TAPE looks stable relatively speaking and the bias looks UP. Keep your focus on stocks which are behaving well technically and should be on buy list.

I feel like sentiment and price is washed out. Management is probably finally motivated to get a deal done, and sales momentum in Feb was impressive despite the slow start in Jan.

I thought the construction numbers today looked incrementally better for URI's earnings and the P/E is <7 if the "E" part holds or improves.
