About market, TAPE closed UP after futures being down in triple digits. Oil moved UP.after many days of down moves. Internals were mixed as Nasdaq internals showed weakness. After long time I see net new 52 wk lows were in the lead. There is a bit of optimism in NAFTA talks between Canada & US as deal may be imminent. TAPE is still narrow in terms of positive action.
