About market, TAPE opened lower but Nasdaq managed to close green. Stimulus bill is signed and $600 per person check is on the way plus other weekly benefits. It was a classic big yawn on this agreement. Market is resting and may hold lows from previous day when DOW was down 400+. It was a good year for most traders / investors.
