Do not blame Fed for this AM slump ????

Fed did its job admirably well for the US economy......

Fed eased the credit crunch to create liquidity.....

Fed reduced interest rate to give boost to consumers & investors....How to investors.....Interest on margin is linked to the prevailing interest rate......

All borrowing cost will be lower......

Fed by wording the statement properly...has halted the slide in US$...it is actually UP today... even against my mighty Canadian $$...so inflation pressure will be less.....

All in all Fed did everything right for the economy......they know everything...they know everything......

So what happened today ????....I am glad that you asked !!!!

Markets have gone UP so much .....that institution were dying to lock profit.....so they sold this AM on many negative news.....Citigroup downgrade,Exxon bad ER,AIG bad report.......and oil hitting new high overnight.......

So ....guess what.... they had to find a villain...and they think they can fool everyone by saying"Fed messed everything UP"...

I strongly belief that Wall Street/Hedge funds/analysts need to take 20 credits in TRUTH 101...still they will lie,cheat & manipulate to improve their profit ...@ the expense of your LOSS.......

Please understand that markets do get "overbought and need to correct on an ongoing basis"

I like sharp & swift correction so it is out of the way quickly........

I took advantage of today's selloff by buying back SINA @ $56.45...No I did not get the low of the day missed it by 45 cents...but it is good enough for me....because I sold it on tuesday $2.43 higher..........

I sincerely hope that you are buying on the dips and selling on UP day's......My action alway's speaks louder than my words...I do practice what I preach.....

Bull market is in-tact.....Q4 will be a "barn burner for frontline stocks"
