Markets this AM are giving "signal that bearish case is overplayed for NOW"
I am expecting a "sharp & swift recovery in indices"
I am also expecting "short covering"....which will propel indices into a very comfortable uptrend.....
Shorts are "nervous...as they are sitting on huge profits"
Solar beating yesterday was a typical "capitulation by very nervous & anxious crowd"..always happens @ the tail end of a bearish market......strongest sectors are taken to the cleaners.....
I am NOT changing my mind about being "overweight in solar stocks"
Other sectors I am familiar with are looking "more vulnerable"..like techs....
So I stay PUT with all my stocks ......as in market recovery today...I should be ahead of the game......
My portfolio remain unchanged from few weeks ago and they are :
MA,AGU,LDK,AKNS & CSIQ.......
Not a single shares were sold in disappointing tape yesterday......was NOT happy.....but who cares about my happiness with my portfolio...I DO !!!
Some recession play may be worth trading like CMED,MO,GENZ...& many others....they are looking good......
As usual If I sell anything I always post in my BLOG in a timely manner....you can "count on it"
When I am unhappy with tape......my writing style reflects that........

We have witnessed a classic "triple bottom" in markets......
I know technicians will NOT be happy with this "turn UP"...because their charts were taking dow to 11,000.....
Well..they just have to go on diet for now...& redraw their lines....sometimes lines are drawn crooked.....

The media predicted a total crash today in the markets. The market generally does just the opposite of what we think it is going to do. I still have all my stocks. Just going to ride this thing out. Brighter days will follow. Have faith.

the volume on ESLR is way up today. From your experience, can you draw any signals as to what that may mean to the stock direction? Specifically, could it be way oversold and short covering and long buys this afternoon, I hope??? Thanks for any thoughts. I know that you dont follow ESLR but I am just hoping for some insight to high volume.

I just looked @ ESLR FA......they are Improving.....
However the tape of ESLR is very weak...just trading 10 cent above low...on heavier volume.....
It does NOT look good from relative strength point of view.

Well, compared to yesterday....it was better....not good though, as the market was very week, as it limped into the close.
My portfolio ended down <2.2%>. I did have 1 green stock today (barely) - SEED. Yipee!
Held all positions. No purchases no sales.
PORTFOLIO:
AKNS - 18.18%
AAPL - 6.83%
LDK - 19.20%
SEED - 15.09%
Cash - 40.70%
Let's see what happens on the rollercoaster called the "market" tommorrow....
Like I said yesterday, more fun when the market is going up! I will continue my search for new opportunities....however, it's like finding a needle in a haystack.
